BigBang: Where are the novel-length stories in femmeslash?

There is thelittlebang. I wrote in that last year and it was a lot of fun. I've run into a few SPN ones that sprung out of general Big Bangs for that fandom. There might be more, but sadly not in fandoms I read heavily in or have had time to explore.

ETA: There's also an awesome Zelda/Princess Ruto fic written for a gaming big bang.

Are there less proportionally? Or is it just that there's so little femslash overall?

There was a femslash-specific Supernatural big bang, but I think it only lasted one round. There were some good fics, even if there weren't very many!

I'm writing one at the moment, but it's OFC/OFC in a very rare fandom. I'm not sure whether that says more about me or femslash or the fandom - I've never tried writing fanfic that long before, and I felt that I needed space to get an actual plot in there.

I had signed up for a FemmeSlash BB last year, wrote madly, and then no posts past the signups ever appeared. I'd totally participate if someone tried to run one again, but I lack the organization/oomph at present to run one on my own.

Would anyone be interested in helping to mod/host it?

Maybe sign-ups over summer, start date during school, and then due at the end of the first semester (beginning of January), like a "ring in the new year with femslash"??
