The "too much like m/f penetration" thing also gets leveled at m/m A/B/O. Even when that's the case, though, you still get things like heat/possessiveness, and the chance to apply impregnation kink to your queer OTPs.
Although I guess that's probably not much enticement if those aren't your kinks in the first place ^_^;
